The flavour of this Freeze Dried Lemon Drizzle Cake is still the same but the consistency has been transformed to a super crunchy, biscotti inspired new experience! Perfect for a snack on the run, dunking in your coffee or even hiding in your car for that later afternoon pick me up. Truly awesome.

Ingredients: Sponge: (sugar, wheat flour, modified starch, whole egg powder, whey powder (milk), raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, di sodium diphosphate salt, emulsifiers. Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono and diacetyltartaric esters, propane -1, 2-diol esters of fatty acids, rapeseed oil, thickener: xanthan gum, acidity regulator: citric acid). Lemon Flavoured Drizzle: (9%) (sugar, lemon juice (22%), (contains preservative potassium Metal-sulphite), water, glucose syrup (sulphur dioxide).
Allergens: Wheat, Milk and Eggs. Contains Metabi-sulphite and sulphur dioxide.
